Cancellation & Refund Policy

At NuWave Sounds LLP ("NuWave Sounds", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality music production, artist development, education, and creative services. As many of our services involve immediate allocation of studio time, professional resources, digital content, and personalized work, this Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when cancellations and refunds may be available.

 

By purchasing any product or service from NuWave Sounds, you agree to this policy.


 

1. General Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through nuwavesounds.com, including but not limited to:

• Music Production Services
• Mixing & Mastering
• Vocal Recording
• Artist Development Programs
• Online & Offline Music Courses
• One-on-One Coaching & Consultations
• Digital Products
• Memberships
• Workshops
• Masterclasses
• Promotional & Marketing Services

 

2. Cancellation of Services

Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel before any work has commenced, you may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.

Where applicable, refunds may be issued after deducting:

• Payment gateway charges
• Administrative costs
• Any expenses already incurred

After Work Has Started

Once any of the following has occurred:

• Project planning
• Consultation
• Songwriting
• Production
• Recording
• Editing
• Mixing
• Mastering
• Creative planning
• Campaign setup
• Studio booking
• Artist strategy
• Any other professional work

the service is considered to have commenced and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. Digital Products & Online Courses

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned:

• All digital purchases are final.
• No refunds will be issued after access has been granted.
• No refunds are available due to change of mind, lack of usage, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction after accessing the material.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• A duplicate payment was made.
• Payment was successful but access was not provided due to a verified technical issue.
• We are unable to deliver the purchased product.

 

. Coaching, Mentorship & Academy Programs

Enrollment reserves a seat and requires allocation of instructor time and resources.

Therefore:

• Fees are non-refundable after enrollment.
• Missed classes or sessions are not eligible for refunds.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' prior notice, subject to availability.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed session.

5. Studio Bookings

Studio bookings may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

6. Music Production Projects

Music production is a customized creative service.

Accordingly:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Milestone payments already made are non-refundable.
• Payments cover work completed up to that stage and are not contingent upon commercial success or personal satisfaction.

If a client decides not to continue after work has begun, no refund shall be payable for work already completed.

7. Marketing & Promotional Services

Marketing, branding, advertising, PR, playlist pitching, and promotional campaigns involve immediate planning and resource allocation.

Accordingly:

• All payments are non-refundable once campaign preparation or execution has begun.
• NuWave Sounds cannot guarantee specific results, including views, streams, followers, chart positions, media coverage, or revenue.

8. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend your consultation, you may request one reschedule by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed consultations without prior notice will be considered completed.

9. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 days.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval remains solely at the discretion of NuWave Sounds and does not create an obligation to issue refunds in future cases.

11. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.

12. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting NuWave Sounds to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend ongoing services.
• Revoke access to digital products.
• Terminate future services.
• Provide supporting documentation to the payment provider regarding the completed work.
